About Us

 I am not a professional cook but an ordinary Korean woman who has the desire to deliver homemade Korean food to my Swedish friends.

Korea and Sweden are very different in many aspects! As a Korean living in Sweden, I had the desire to make these two countries get closer. I wrote two books about Sweden to introduce Sweden to Korean people and opened Dosirak to introduce Korea to Swedish people through food.  

Korean food is getting popular around the world, but it is still strange to Swedish people. That’s why I bravely decided to open Dosirak with my mother’s recipe!

Hopefully, opening Dosirak is the very best decision that I have made as a Korean living in Sweden!
